Rental and Employment Verifications
Fill out and fax the (1) Rental Application, (2) verification(s), and (3) a copy of a valid Government issued photo ID for each applicant to 256-464-9529 or contact your leasing consultant for other submittal options. All forms must be submitted before the application can be processed.
